ESTA has started work on a project to develop a Smart Electricity Distribution Operation Center (SEDOC) roadmap for West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company (WBSEDCL) which has 20 million customers. It is funded by the World Bank Group. The focus is an integration strategy for Smart Applications within WBSEDCL.
