Mr. Shaeffer is an expert in designing solutions that address the challenges of today’s ever-changing technology landscape and new security requirements.  He has extensive experience with SCADA, EMS, GMS, ADMS/OMS, GIS, and Historian systems as well as several IT platforms (server/client architecture, virtualization, hyper-converged infrastructure, cloud, etc.).  Prior to joining ESTA, Mr. Shaeffer worked for OSI as a Solutions Architect where he managed a team of engineers responsible for designing such systems and provided technical governance of projects, proposals and contracts.  His expertise includes:
