ESTA welcomes Dr. Sneha Ramdaspalli to the team as an Energy Analyst. Dr. Ramdaspalli has over 10 years of experience in the electric utility industry primarily in large-scale decentralized system design with a focus on distributed energy resources management (DERMS). She is an electrical engineer with hands-on skills and solid background in design of microgrids, and IoT-based solutions for smart grids and smart cities. She is also experienced with electrical network modeling and performing simulations on large scale complex systems.

ESTA welcomes Chris Deiro to the team as a Senior Consultant. Chris has over 9 years of experience in the utility industry, primarily in the areas of maintenance and support of Energy Management System (EMS) and operations Control Room Support. He is also experienced with the maintenance, validation, and automation of transmission network models. His experience includes requirement gathering, vendor selection, gap analysis, test plan development, Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing, and defect management.
