Aysar Ali is a highly accomplished engineering professional with more than two decades of hands-on experience delivering and supporting advanced grid control technologies for electric utilities worldwide. Specializing in ADMS, EMS, and SCADA systems, he helps utilities strengthen reliability, modernize legacy operations, and seamlessly integrate the advanced applications that underpin today’s smarter, more dynamic grids.

Mr. Ali brings deep technical expertise across system configuration, database design, alarm and display development, ICCP integration, SCADA checkout, and detailed network modelling. He has worked extensively with industry-leading platforms—including Siemens Spectrum, OSI Monarch, ABB Ranger, GE XA/21, and Schneider OASyS—as well as a wide range of RTUs and communications protocols. His broad experience equips him to bridge operational needs with practical, future-ready system solutions.

Across major grid modernization initiatives, Mr. Ali has played key roles in enhancing situational awareness, expanding operational visibility, and improving system performance. His contributions include ADMS/SCADA integration at Xcel Energy, advanced EMS/SCADA support for CPS Energy, and upgrades to transmission management applications such as State Estimation, Contingency Analysis, and Generation Dispatch and Control. Mr. Ali began his career with the Ministry of Electricity in Iraq, where he installed and commissioned regional and national SCADA systems, established ICCP links between control centers, deployed RTUs across the network, and trained engineers on Siemens and ABB systems—laying the foundation for sustainable, resilient operations.

With strong capabilities in SQL and Oracle databases, UNIX/AIX/Linux/Windows environments, and programming in C++ and Visual Basic, Mr. Ali brings comprehensive technical insight paired with a solutions-oriented, client-focused approach. His work is defined by reliability, integration excellence, and a commitment to helping utilities operate more efficiently, safely, and intelligently.
