ESTA International was selected by ANDE, the state power utility of Paraguay, to provide consulting services for ANDE’s SCADA-ADMS-GIS-cyber security project valued at $2.26 million USD; the duration is 50 months. The consulting activities and the project are supported by the Latin American Development Bank CAF (Corporacion Andina de Fomento – Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina – Banco de Desenvolvimento da América Latina).
